Hope

I've been thinking of different things to blog about the last few days, and all I can think about is the fans and people who have supported this music for over a decade.  Thank you so much from all of us at JYP, and keep in touch as the new year approaches.  Also, tell your friends about us! It’s true that there is a whole lot of negativity and darkness going on, not only in this country, but in the world.  It’s easy to get discouraged and down about things and to lose hope.  Believe me, its work to stay up and trust God for the things He promised us as a people in the United States.  But if you don’t have hope that things can change, can you expect others to have it?  I look at my children sometimes and I wonder what will it be like for them in 20 years?  Can I sit and do nothing?  John Adams said, "I must study politics and war that my sons may have liberty to study mathematics and philosophy. My sons ought to study mathematics and philosophy, geography, natural history, naval architecture, navigation, commerce and agriculture in order to give their children a right to study painting, poetry, music, architecture, statuary, tapestry, and porcelain." Think about that!

Our founders never gave up hope, even when it was dark sometimes, but held on.  Jesus Christ never gave up even to His death, and because of that, we have life everlasting.  He is the Author and the Finisher of our Faith!  Cling to that, and you won’t lose.
