NAMM 2010 Update

Event Assembly 1

Hey Guys and Gals,

Well, we just got back from the NAMM show, which is a huge trade show where instrument companies from around the world get together to show their products to vendors everywhere.  If you look at it from the inside, its pretty overwhelming how big this actually is.  Nevertheless, we were on a mission.  We made sure that we fulfilled our call that Christ commanded and that is to “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15).  We handed out Gospel tracts to some huge named musicians, showing them who Christ really is.  It was the fastest 2 ½ days I’ve had in a long time, that’s for sure.

We also met with Ray Comfort, Mark Spence, and E.Z. from The Way of the Master ministries in Bellflower, CA.  As always, it is an honor to serve with a group of people who have been there and done that, and are continuing to do God’s will.  Their single mission is to seek and save that which is lost by personal biblical evangelism, using the Ten Commandments as the standard of God’s holiness, and training and equipping others to do the same.  We thank God for their service and heart for the people.  Check them out at LivingWaters.com.  They have awesome resources and tools to help you fight and contend for the faith.

We also did some interviews with JCTV Real Videos, and G-Rock.  We went around and showcased some of our endorsers’ products, had fun, and shared the heart of our group and what its purpose is.  As you all know, we have been doing high school assemblies for 10 years, reaching hundreds of thousands of youth all across the country, including hosting a weekly radio program called Sons of Liberty on 1280 AM every Saturday from 3-5 p.m., and Street Team events which can reach over 400,000 people a year with the Gospel.  We have a mission to fulfill, and these interviews are a means to get there to do more with this ministry.  We will let you know when they will be airing so that you can check them out.

Lastly, keep your thoughts and hearts upright before God. 2 Corinthians 10:5 says, “Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.”  I never thought about this until 8 years ago, when I realized that it wasn’t just my actions that God was to judge, but every word and every thought as well.  Someday, you will have to give an account of everything you have said and done (Matthew 12:34-36), but will it please the Lord?  He is the one watching and He is the one who will judge.
