Our group is not for profit and maintains a nontaxable status. We must transport alot of equipment every time we do an assembly, so there are variable circumstances we meet with at each venue such as: the distance we have to travel, hotel expenses, gas, food, etc. all come into play in the fee that we request to perform.

You Can Run But You Cannot Hide International hosts a variety of event venues such as: Arenas, Festivals, High School Assemblies, Churches, Detention Centers, Prisons, etc.

Our expenditures:

1. Gas
2. 4 Hotel Rooms
3. Food
4. Vehicle Maintenance

  • Our expenses vary with each event. If you would like specifics, please don’t hesitate to call.

Group Requests for High Schools:

1. Staging
2. Lunch
3. Loading Access
4. Access to Power Panel

Group Requests for Festivals:

1. Lodging for 12 people
2. Lunch & Dinner
3. Staging

The cost for the 3 hour program is $3-5,000.
